2010 Funding Cycle for REAP Grants has closed; 2011 Applications now starting.
USDA Rural Development has officially closed applications for the 2010 funding cycle for the Rural Energy for America Program (REAP) and is accepting new applications for 2011 funding. We do not have the details or deadlines at this point and the same program rules will apply that the grant application needs to be submitted prior to beginning the project. We will have 2010 grant award notices posted as they become available.

2009 Rural Energy for America Program (REAP) Grant Recipients Announced
USDA Rural Development has announced all three rounds of funding for the REAP grant program. The August 10, 2009 round of funding announced $15 million worth of awards and a link to that announcement can be found HERE. The September 2, 2009 round of funding announced $13 million worth of awards and a link to that announcement can be found HERE. The September 24, 2009 round of founding announced the balance of grant money for a total of $62.5 million and a link to that announcement can be found HERE.
