Detailed Description of Services

Any potential biodiesel project must have the necessary tools in order to succeed. These tools must be site specific and include a feasibility study, complete business plan and financial forecast, and other related documentation.

  • A feasibility study will provide vital, site specific information which will assist the committee in making an educated decision as to whether the project should be further pursued. A thorough, well documented feasibility study will provide an accurate analysis of the project opportunity and answer many questions regarding the industry as well as the individual project.

Ag Visions Enterprises can prepare Feasibility Study Request for Proposals (RFP’s). We will gather necessary information and provide contact names of experienced firms. Upon receipt of the study, Ag Visions Enterprises will provide analysis and recommendations.

  • Any viable business needs a road map to follow. This road map is provided by a comprehensive business plan. A business plan organizes the thoughts and goals for your company, and places them in a format easy to read, understand and follow. It provides a set of targets against which profitability of the business is measured, and gives guidance as to how to achieve these targets.

Ag Visions Enterprises can take care of your business plan preparation. Jim Venner is a certified NxLevel instructor, a course which is a hands-on, business developmental class. Ag Visions Enterprises has extensive business plan expertise in a variety of agricultural arenas.

  • The financial forecast is provided by an accredited CPA firm and makes projections, based upon your business and financial plans, as to the future returns of the company. This forecast will be carefully evaluated by potential investors as well as lead lender candidates.

Ag Visions Enterprises can prepare your financial plan and forecast. Accuracy of the financial plan and accompanying assumptions is of utmost importance.
